NOTE: Dishwashers can be very abrasive to handmade pottery due to harsh detergents and extreme temperatures, so hand washing in warm soapy water is recommended.

As a small sole-trader business, I strive to be as eco-friendly as possible. I wrap my pottery in biodegradable packaging, and repurpose cardboard boxes to strap each piece, as well as post. The bubble wrap I use is twice or more times repurposed from my local community when people have shifted house. I am also often gifted shredded paper and packaging by other local businesses, which I use to firmly surround the items. All these choices combine to ensure your purchases can arrive safely from my hands to yours.

All my pottery is posted using Australia Post. If a package arrives in damaged condition, please take a photo of the box, and should items be broken inside, then photos of items. These photos should show a time and date which will indicate this order. Refunds will be given for faulty items. Please treat all handmade items with care as each piece is a unique collectable.
