SHIPPING POLICY
I offer two options for domestic shipping:

Pick-up: FREE. Local pick up from my Busselton Studio, Western Australia. After securing your order please get in touch to coordinate a time.

General shipping: $30 Packaging and Postage within Australia up to 3.5kg (cubic weight).

Please allow 5-10 working days to receive your order. Ensure you include your email and mobile number so you can be be sent an Australia Post tracking number in order to follow your purchases.
Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate orders from around the globe.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All my pottery is posted using Australia Post. If a package arrives in damaged condition, please take a photo of the box, and should items be broken inside, then photos of items. These photos should show a time and date which will indicate this order.
Refunds will be given for faulty items, but not accidents which may occur in use. Please treat all handmade items with care as each piece is a unique collectable. You are very welcome to email me with any concerns you may have.
