Type: Each bowl has been handmade from a unique blend of iron rich and porcelain based stoneware clay. All leather-bound bowls are wheel-thrown and then hand manipulated to create the holes in preparation for the leather binding process. Natural leather has been bound through pre-made holes and tightened through shrinkage to ensure a strong fit and flat finish, becoming natural handles for the dish. Beautiful, unique and useful, these bowls encompass rustic and earthy connections.

As a small sole-trader business, I strive to be as eco-friendly as possible. I wrap my pottery in biodegradable packaging, and repurpose cardboard boxes to strap each piece as well as post. The bubble wrap I use is twice or more times repurposed from my local community when people have used this in shifting house. I am also often gifted shredded paper by local businesses, which I use to firmly surround the items. All these choices combine to ensure your purchases can arrive safely from my hands to yours.
