Crafted from Keane’s Dark Matter stoneware clay, this aptly named Hug Mug is wheel-thrown and gently indented by hand to create a natural, comfortable grip that fits perfectly in the hand.
It is finished in one of CaM’s handmade glaze recipes, layered in shifting tones of aqua and royal blue. The glaze pools and blends across the surface, creating depth, movement, and a uniquely expressive finish. The result is a rich, oceanic blue surface with a glossy, one-of-a-kind finish, making each piece both functional and sculptural in nature.
